aristofanes de souza – technical director. mr. souza is a brazilian geologist and mining engineer, graduated at prescot university, at usa. mr. aristofanes borned at minas gerais, a brazilian mining state, bringing mining experience to the company. he developed several projects in brasil, bolivia, venezuela, british guyana, at amazon territory. he also worked for bechtel overseas corporation, a american giant company, working at the turn-key, iron ore project, at minas gerais state. he also worked for f.l.smidth, a denish company, manufacturing several mining equipments in brazil and others countries. he is charge of president, helping frontier mines canada inc. at this begining time. as montana international, worked for odessa mining in bolivia and davi jens reumer in paraguay. he participate at gold and diamond rush at amazon jungle, at years 70 and 80. |

mr. luiz carlos – electrical manager – mr. carlos is a 20 years experience, in eletrical instalation, been responsible for all eletrical assembling, as well as, eletrical start-up operation. mr. luiz carlos worked with frontier´s team at odessa mining, in bolivian territorry, assembling the big gold placer plant for that company. he also worked for microxisto in brazil and others big processing plant.

mr. paulo newton – assembling manager – he is a 10 years experience assembler, working for several companies in south america. he was responsible for mechanical assembling at microxisto fertilizer plant, assembling all eqluipments, as well as, working at testing phase. just after the production normalizes at 100% he left the plant. he also was responsible for all training education, training all custormers operators.
